Terms and Conditions


Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however should you wish to return anything bought from us please follow one of the options below;


Returns for Refund

If you've received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for your choice of a full refund, exchange or credit note, subject to the following conditions:
• The goods are returned in a brand new unused condition and in the original packaging.
• You inform us via email, proshop@oaklandparkgolf.co.uk, of your wish to cancel within 7 working days of the date of delivery, starting the day after you received the goods.
• The ordered goods being returned have not been made, modified or clearly personalised to your specification at your request.
• You arrange for the safe return/delivery to us at your cost. (We advise that any items returned to us are sent via recorded delivery).

If returned goods are refused by Oakland Park Golf Club because the above criteria is not met, you will be asked to pay for the return carriage back to you, of the items you are trying to exchange.


Returns for exchange

If you are not happy with the goods you have received (i.e. wrong size or colour) and would like to exchange the items you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt, with the delivery at your cost. A £3.00 postage charge will be made to send out an exchanged item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive, what appears to be faulty or damaged goods we advise customers, in the first instance, to call our Professional Shop on 01494 877333. Faulty goods must be returned within a 28 day period with a cover note explaining the problem. We advise all customers to send parcels via recorded delivery when returning items to us.
Quality is assured at Oakland Park Golf Club. Should you experience a problem; a repair, exchange or refund will be offered if the goods do not comply with the Sale of Goods Act 1995 (UK). We reserve the right to establish proof of purchase and to send any returned product (at our cost) to the manufacturer for testing before proceeding with any refund, repair or exchange.


Delivery and Refund

Oakland Park Golf Club aim to despatch or refund all returns within 3 days of receiving the returned item.
Postage will be refunded on damaged or faulty goods.
